S317 Consulting designed and delivered an IT for the regulatory Authority in Cape Verde to support its mandate to regulate the commercial, operational, and economic regulation of the sector. The project involved the design and implementation of a set of Key Performance Indicators that were programmed to better support the market regulation for 14 regulated operators in the archipelago. This project also included the water quality regulation design and implementation.
