The project aims to support its project implementation capacity with a deep social study strategic project that supports the overall approach to the social benefits plan.

This project led S317 Consulting to develop in-depth interviews with the population and focus groups; Community mapping, including local relationships between inhabitants for the impacted communities and evaluate the social network analysis. The outcome will feed the Savannah Resources’ ability to deliver a better project with a more robust ESG component.
