Matosinhos is an urban municipality in the north of Portugal. It has, as of 2021, more than 174 thousand inhabitants and is one of the largest municipalities in the OPorto Metropolitan Area. S317 in partnership with CEIIA, design the decarbonisation strategy of Matosinhos for 2050. This included the GHG Scope 1 and 2 inventory, modeling for 2030 and the operational approach to the implemention of the action plan to reach the decarbonisation goal.
