Last week, we had the pleasure to facilitate, together with the Municipality of Famalicão, a Stakeholders’ Consultation. 

This consultation was one of the key steps to developing the Investment Concept that we are creating with the municipality to fund practices towards energy efficiency. This Horizon Europe project is under EUCF funding scheme, which provides financial support to municipalities to develop Investment Concepts for energy efficiency measures. 

Aligned with Famalicão’s priorities (/https://lnkd.in/ePmQRyf4) and the scope of the EUCF funding, the investment concept that we are currently developing will be focused on three essential pillars: 

– Energy Efficiency in Residential Buildings 
– Photovoltaic Solar Energy 
– Electric Mobility

The event had the goal of debating the needs of the municipality regarding these three areas, brainstorming about the measures that should be included, and discussing the role of each stakeholder in the project and how can all actors cooperate for a greener future aligned with the Municipality strategic approach towards climate change. The information collected during the consultation is crucial for the work we are developing.
